![]() | Mark Burns - General Manager Commodities & Seed Grain. Mark is a key member of the team with over 30 years experience in the grain and seed industry. He is responsible for the trading of commodities, including bulk Oats to the North Island horse feed industry, Linseed to the bakery trade and health foods such as Split Peas and Pearl Barley. Mark organises, with our overseas partners, the introduction of new wheat and barley cultivars to New Zealand which to date have been instrumental in achieving significant yield increases for growers. Mark also manages the small seed trading of common varieties of ryegrass and clover for export and the multiplication of overseas ryegrasses for re-export.
