Since the Carr Agricultural Group bought Winslow Feeds in 2001, we have manufactured a range of high quality ruminant feeds from our extensively rebuilt and updated mill at Winslow, 10km south of Ashburton.

Appreciating that not everyone needs a standard product, we have the capacity, flexibility and passion for manufacturing quality feeds to be able to respond to the individual requirements of larger volume customers.

As individual as your livestock and farming operation, Signature® Blends are pelleted feeds and meals manufactured to your own specific requirements.

• Individually tailored formulation incorporating your preferred ingredients at your desired inclusion levels.
• Fixed formulation - once agreed the recipe will not change for the duration of the contract unless you request alterations.
• Nutritional advice available during the quotation process and ongoing if required to ensure animal performance targets are achieved.
• Cereals and pulses sourced locally - some grown on Winslow Feeds own farming operations.
• We only buy high quality ingredients to safeguard the reputation of our popular calf feeds so that you can be sure of good feed value, consistency and palatability.
• Our buying power allows us to pass on economies of scale and allow economical access to specialist raw materials.
• Attention to detail and cleanliness is a core focus for the mill. This ensures that it is one of the cleanest and most organised feed plants in Canterbury.
• Established quality control and testing procedures which exceed typical operating protocols help ensure that fi nished feed is up to the specifications required.
• Independent laboratory testing of product if required at cost.
